JANIE PERRY

Natropathic Nutritionist

Janie is passionate about using foods, natural elements and methods for aiding and preventing health problems and to optimise our well-being.  Why should we put up with poor health and feeling “tired all the time”?  Remove the toxic load and fill the nutrient deficiencies and it’s amazing how the body finds its balance again.

Janie qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in June 2008 after studying a comprehensive 3 year diploma with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Janie went on to extend her qualification to a become Naturopath through completing a further year of Naturopathic Studies and Principles with CNM in June 2010.

In 2014, Janie qualified as an accredited Chrysalis Effect Specialist Practitioner, specialising in supporting recovery from ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and now Long-COVID.  Part of the specialist training was also completing an intensive Wellbeing-coaching course with the Chrysalis Effect, a powerful tool to empower you to over-come challenges in taking the steps forward to better health.  Read others success stories here.

Janie has experienced her own health problems (over 15 years ago now) with ME/CFS (Chronic Fatigue) and has regained her health through applying naturopathic cleansing, personalised Nutrition and supplementation alongside the nourishing, relaxing and energising benefits of yoga.
